Treadmill - radiant 3.0, level 5.5, 17 minit = 100 kalori
Stepper - level 4, 15 minit = 100 kalori
x trainer - level 5, 10 minit = 100 kalori
bicycle - level 4, speed 65, 15 minit = 100 kalori
+ sit up 50 x
Body combat at least 2 times per week..
Total per day burn 400 kalori
Do this for 2 weeks and you can see the result. Taddaaaaa! semalam timbang. Aku dah kurang 3 kg in 2 weeks. Yahoooooooo!! err Alhamdulillah..owhh mek terujaa. Punya la tinggi melompat depan cikgu semalam. ahakkss!

"first of all..let me make my speech in bahasa rojak hor? i'm look stupid if i'm speak bahasa selain bahasa rojak..trust me..ahakss! ok thanks veri much to my cikgu Feizan yg sentiasa memonitor saya, monitor saya makan, monitor saya work out, monitor saya ponteng klas dan segala jenis monitor selain monitor colour 17 inci . Juga time kasih tak terhingga pd cikgu² lain yg selalu jeling jadi spy kat cikgu, saya work out memain ke..lepak lama sgt ke, minum 100 plus pun kena ngadu kat cikgu..tensi..tensi ..Juga tak lupa juga pada my beloved asben yg selalu kasi motivation melalui kutukan² "membina" setiap hari..hikss! "makan la banyak², nanti boleh kurus"..huhuhu.
Last but not least, if pegi gym bleh mencemar...errr buat anda kurus dan tambah stamina, yaa lets do it more often.." hikks!

Malam ni pegi kelantan, family day with my whole family. Konvoi 4 kereta. Lepak kat Terengganu ngan Kelantan. Semoga selamat pergi selamat sampai sini balik. Lagi satu, ingat pesan cikgu, jaga makan, jgn lupa eksesais dan jgn lupa beli kopok lekor utk dia..
Long way to go. Bila badan ringan sikit, semput trus ilang. Stamina tambah. Tapi, banyak lagi kilos nak kena buang. Apa sangat la 3 kilo tu kan.. :p
